For data back up or transfer, you can enable the developer mode (Please refer to How to enable / disable the developer mode)，and treat Loomo as an Android smartphone. Connect it to a computer via Type-c cable and use Android ADB commands or a third party app to implement the data transmission. In addition, if you use a Mac, you need to install a software Android File Transfer.
Besides data transfer, you can download the pictures and videos onto your mobile phone while in user mode, and then transfer them from your mobile phone to your computer.
