Registering a new account
When using the Loomo App for the first time, you will be required to register a new account. If you have already logged in previously and still need to register a new account, please log out of the current account first.
Tap the "Sign up" button on the login page to begin the registration process.
Select your country or region on the account registration page, and input your email address. After you tap the “Send code” button, we will send an email containing a verification code to the email address you entered. Please fill in the correct verification code and tap “Next” to proceed. If you encounter issues with receiving your verification code, please check the FAQ.
Note: Your region cannot be modified after your account is created. To avoid any complications in the future, please ensure your region is entered correctly.
On the password page, please create a password in line with the password requirements. Tap “Next” to complete the registration process, and you will automatically enter the home page of the Loomo App.
Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, tap the “Forget Password?” link on the login page to reset your password.
Enter the email associated with your account and tap the “Send code” button. We will send an email containing a verification code to the email address you filled in. Please enter the verification code to proceed. If you encounter any issues with receiving the verification code, please check the FAQ.
On the password page, please create a password in line with the password requirements. Tap “Next” to complete the process, and you will automatically return to the home page of the Loomo App.
Changing your password
If you wish to change your password and are already logged into the Loomo App, please enter the Settings page through the button in the upper righthand corner. You will see the following interface.
Tap “User Account” to enter your account information page.
Tap “Reset password” to begin creating a new password. You will need to enter your old password first. If you forgot your old password, please refer to the Forgot Password? section.
After entering the correct old password, please create a new password in line with the password requirements. Tap “Next” to complete the process, and you will automatically return to the home page of the Loomo App.
Changing account information
If you wish to edit your avatar or account nickname, please enter the Settings page through the button in the upper righthand corner. You will see the following interface. Tap “User Account” to enter your account management page.
On the account management page, you can change your avatar, account nickname and password.
Logging out
If you want to log out of your current account, please enter the Settings page through the button in the upper righthand corner. Tap “User Account” to enter your account management page.
Tap "Logout current account" at the bottom to log out. Please note: even if you log into the app with a different account, you will not be able to bind that account with your robot. If you need to bind a different account with your robot, please see the information on binding/unbinding accounts.
FAQ
I cannot receive the verification code
When you register an account, apply to reset your password, etc., we will send you an email with a verification code for security purposes. If you cannot find this email after we send it, try the following solutions.
1. Search your Trash & Spam folders
First, search your Inbox for the sender “Segway-Ninebot”. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your Spam, Trash, Deleted, or Archived folders.
2. Make sure that you're checking the correct email account
Please ensure that you entered the correct email address in the Loomo App. If you discover you incorrectly entered your email address, you can go back and enter the correct one.
3. Resend email
If you wish to resend the verification code email, please wait until the cooldown timer for the first verification code ends. Once it ends, tap the button again and we will resend the email to your email address. Please enter the last verification code that you receive.
4. Make sure the code was sent successfully
Ensure that the Loomo App confirms that the verification code has been successfully sent. If the app says the email was not successfully sent, you may need to contact your email service provider for help.
